A massive watery scene will provide an unusual backdrop for Christmas shoppers in Taunton on Thursday 20th December. |

The huge watery image will cover the back of the entire Market House from 5 to 9pm, with a message to shoppers about how we can tackle climate change, if we all act together.
Powered by The Green Roadshow’s ‘Solar System’ mobile generator, shoppers inspired by the scene will be invited to take a break and enjoy some festive fun and locally produced mince pies at Somerset County Council’s touring Climate Café.
‘Carbon Coaches’ will be on hand to talk about practical ways of saving energy and cutting your carbon footprint, while staff from Somerset’s Moving Forward Initiative and the Somerset Waste Action Programme will be providing advice on sustainable travel and reducing waste at Christmas.
